By booking a session, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Fruitful Minds provides personalized tutoring and academic support services. Session details, duration, and fees are outlined during booking or in your confirmation email.

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance using the confirmation email link.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge or forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed prior to the session unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel sessions for unpaid balances.

4. Session Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of tutoring services.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to help each student reach their goals, academic outcomes vary. Fruitful Minds does not guarantee specific grade improvements or test results.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions (including worksheets, notes, and digital resources) are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fruitful Minds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected session(s).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
